Our Mission Statement
ArtFolk is a hands-on disciple-making coaching ministry whose focus is vocational training in the workplace. Our journey is about people and relationships. Our business products and services are only by-products of those relationships.
A Bit of History
Faithe and I met on stage in our teens. After marriage we determined to get away from entertainment, pursue our education, raise a family and work on a business career. At the age of thirty we suffered a major business shipwreck and as a result we both became Christians and with three sons together we entered seminary and the full time pastoral ministry.
Thinking we would build an early semi-retirement we began ArtFolk Music & Wood on the KATY Trail in 1992 in Defiance, Missouri. After being severely flooded we moved our business to Branson in 1999 and began providing space and training for Artisans.
